Informations about the new collection to come

Good Morning Saahel Friends!

It’s been a week since we last talked. We hope that everything is going well for each of you and that you are safe and healthy.

A few heads-up : Saahel has been dutifully working on the upcoming summer collection. The men’s line is almost ready, and our tailors are just starting to tackle the women’s line-up. It will take a few weeks before you see both in our store. 

What’s the collection about?

Well, gentlemen, you will have a choice of a number of colorful dashiki shirts -- loose-fitting garments worn mostly in West Africa, and sewn from locally inspired cotton prints, assorted with patch pockets and embroidery at the neckline and cuffs. You’ll be able to wear them over your shorts or jeans, the way you want.

For you, ladies, we offer a larger selection: Uniquely designed jumpers made of wax and “pantalon” fabrics for more relax occasions, silk-like floating dresses, with African prints in wax, short skirts with contemporary designs, long “bubus” in a Bazin riche cotton called “Thioup” - from sub-Saharan Africa, for your special occasions.

You will also be able to choose from a diverse set of sandals, jewels, and headpieces.
