Shipping & Delivery

All our products are shipped either with the local post office in Lome or Dakar, or through DHL express worldwide. (note : DHL does not deliver to P.O boxes), or EMS worldwide (note : EMS does not deliver to P.O boxes).

Some countries might be subject to pay taxes upon delivery (Nigeria, France, Russia, United Kingdom, South Africa).

A tracking number will be provided to you for all shipped orders.

The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days.

Subsequent to that timeframe, delivery can be expected within 5-7 working days following an email confirmation for your order ; Saahel will notify you by email when your goods are to be shipped to you. The tracking number provided by DHL or any other express delivery service, will include details about the estimated delivery time, or any potential reasons that may result in a delay in the delivery of the goods you acquired.

If Saahel does not receive from you, any written communication, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any issues with the goods you purchased, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and proper condition.

If the goods you acquired have not been received within 14 working days, please notify us immediately, so that we can take action.

Custom fees and taxes

Please note that we do not cover duty and taxes applicable in the recipient country. Those will be paid by the receiver.

Customs fees or taxes vary between individual countries. Additional taxes or custom fees may be applied at the port of entry of the recipient country. If you are unsure about customs in your country, please visit your country customs website or contact your customs office. We make every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that could be applied, via customs and duty offices, in the receiving country.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional import duties, customs and taxes. Payment can be necessary for your package to be delivered.
